Our Community Transport team provide vital services for people who live in and around the city and rural villages, who find it difficult to access other form of transport.

Our Dial a Ride service opening times:               

Worcester Wheels provide a door to door service taking our members wherever they wish to go. We build relationships with all of our clients, providing reassurance and support throughout their journey. Our team are enhanced DBS checked and trained.

We have a fleet of vehicles including minibuses and people carriers, all fitted with specially adapted tail lifts for easy access. We ensure those who have difficulty accessing public transport receive transport suitable to their needs. 

We have a team of volunteers who drive our vehicles, use their own car or assist with passengers.

We provide transport to and from GP surgeries, Dental appointments, Lunch Clubs, Day Centres, visiting friends and family and so much more.
