Worcester Wheels is a community transport scheme, providing access and inclusion for Worcester residents through quick and easy transportation. We provide transport for older people and/or people with a disability who are unable to use public transport or have no access to transport.
What we offer
- Door to door transport – enabling access to shops, health appointments, leisure activities, visiting friends and relatives, transport to education facilities and other needs and community events.
- Volunteer car scheme enables access to hospital visits, other medial appointments and shops.
- Transport for not for profit community organisations, such as Community Associations, Disabled People’s Groups, Youth Groups, Schools and Housing Associations – enabling group members to access various activities and events run by their organisations.
- Access for group outings to various locations (retail centres, garden centres, pubs and restaurants, bingo, theatre and films and other events)
